Use Stockfish 14 as base
Stockfish 7 is already 5 years old and the elo difference and the uncertainties are getting pretty big.
Use Stockfish 14 as the engine the dev builds play against.

With Stockfish 7 as base, we can get a much better idea how current SF dev is doing against ''weaker'' opponents. SF7 is better option as base!
